Today’s Love Fisher Brown award entrant is Tamworth Indoor Bowls Club. The club is proud that it enables disabled bowlers to fully integrate in the clubs activities due to its inclusive facilities. This not includes their internal leagues and competitions, but also inter-club and county events.
The English Amputee and Les Austres Bowls Association along with the British Wheelchair Bowls Association are both regular visitors to the facility for events and meetings.
The club was delighted when member Bob Love was selected for the Commonwealth Games in the Para Triples team. Not only was Bob selected but he also won a Bronze medal for Team England. Everyone at the club are delighted for Bob and he has now been awarded honorary life membership.
