YES WE CAN….. is a disability sports club established by the Rotary Club of Leighton Linslade to provide a wide range of sporting activities for Leighton Buzzard and the wider district. This event is for one of six sports that has agreed to help promote and take part in the initiative.

Commencing at 10 am there was good attendance on this warm spring Sunday. Bob Love, aided by DBE’s Jonathan Stokes, demonstrated bowls in a short exhibition with two locals whilst John gave some coaching to a new wheelchair bowler. At noon everyone retired to the Clubhouse for a buffet lunch and closing speeches. All together a successful event on a superb day ably supported by many enthusiastic Rotarians, bowlers and supporters.
