DBE Members Survey 2020

Over the past 7 month we have been very busy reviewing and update the DBE organisation to improve the services we offer our membership in 2021.

According to our present records on file, we have 468 members but only 320 members have opened our newsletters, so we can make sure we have the right information for you, we would like you to complete the attached short members survey so we can check our records and ensure that we offer a full service to our membership.

You can complete the survey on-line here.

Alternatively, you can download 2021 printable version of the Survey here, please complete and email back to
or by post to Disability Bowls England, Gedling Indoor Bowls Club Foxhill Road Carlton Nottingham NG4 1RL.

I would be very grateful if you are aware of a member who is not on email that you would print off an extra copy and ask them to fill in and return to Disability Bowls England Gedling Indoor Bowls Club Foxhill Road Carlton Nottingham NG4 1RL.

Thank you in advance for your assistants and I hope once we can finally return to playing bowls, we will have everything in place for a smooth return to the “New Normal” way of life for DBE Bowls.

Kind Regards

Steve Watson
Chairperson Disability Bowls England

  1. I love getting all info on whats going on, I have been waiting for a full knee replacement for over two and a half years now and been told it will be done January – february 2021 fingers crossed so that i can get back bowling.

  2. I too like to receive all information regarding DBE but to date, I have not been able to help in any way. I did manage to get to Leamington in 2019 to watch some of the bowls.
Unfortunately I have been waiting for two knee replacements for 18 months. I was promised my first in February 2020 and second in June 2020???? Not going to happen any time soon. Just managed a couple of “roll ups” this last summer but nothing more. Will be glad when I can get back to bowling and helping and hope I will be able to go to the Commonwealth Games in 2022. I like nothing better than sitting watch a really good game of bowls
