I was told at my Chairperson interview that things slowdown in the winter, well, October resulted in 6 clubs visited, 4 trips up to Leamington and an inaugural opening of Hayling Island new green, so I am not 100% sure what they meant about slowing down!
But one thing is for certain – I still love the chairperson role and have so much pride every time I see our members on the greens playing our fantastic
